A real manufacturer is not just an assembler, an even more important distinction when it comes to wood windows. Making your own profile blanks and controlling the quality is critical. Having the level of skill it takes to make those blanks and understanding the vagaries of wood and how the laminated blanks should behave produces much better end results. Bildau goes as far as sustainably harvesting their own Siberian Larch, the wood processed at their own sawmill in Russia.

For more than 30 years German based Bildau & Bussmann has been delivering projects of all sizes, growing into an international business with installs in Asia, North America and Europe.

After seeing Bildau & Bussmann’s factory and meeting their personnel, we now fully understand how they produced our complex and large projects with such ease. They also hand craft orders for a single curved and gracefully ached door with the same level of detail as a small shop.

Bildau & Bussman can make upwards of 500-1000 frames per day. CNC profilers allow for unlimited custom profiles and hardware. But their heavy duty profiling unit is a rare machine. Although it takes almost full day to set the huge shaper knives and calibrate, Bildau can produce 79mm profile in massive quantities at competitive prices. Most orders can reach our shores in 10-12 weeks.
